In its session, SmarterMRP presented the case of P4Q, a company that accelerated the implementation of its planning and procurement processes while working with complex product structures, versioning and demand-driven scenarios.

The team explained how the solution automates the generation of work and purchase proposals, and how streamlined master data management significantly shortened project lead times, without customizing legacy systems.

What the Siemens ecosystem showed

The event also offered a close look at the broader Siemens ecosystem and its most advanced customers. Many of the challenges are shared across the industry: tighter delivery schedules, increasingly complex data structures and the urgent need for systems that adapt quickly and reliably to constant change.
