Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

• Data you give us in our forms (contact, demo request, newsletter, partner request and the planning maturity test): name, business email, company, job title, country, phone if you provide it, your message and your answers.
• Data about how you use the website, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, device, approximate location and how you arrived. See the Cookie policy.
• Data from our business contacts with you, such as meetings, emails and events.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. We use these service providers, who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• HubSpot, Inc. (CRM, forms, email and cookie banner)
• Webflow, Inc. (website hosting and forms)
• Google LLC (Google Analytics)
• Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft 365 email)

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Requests and business contacts: while the relationship lasts and up to 3 years after the last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Customer data: for the legally required periods (up to 6 years for accounting records). Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to legal@smartermrp.com with a copy of your ID. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

We may update this policy. The version published here is the one in force.
